Basilisk Data Ltd achieve D&B Rating 1 Status

North Derbyshire based company Basilisk Data Ltd has been awarded the elusive ‘D&B rating 1’.
Dun & Bradstreet award this rating to companies in a first class financial situation with a minimal risk of failure and the highest level of credit worthiness. Basilisk now joins an elite club as only 15% of businesses in the UK and Ireland are awarded this rating.
Announcing the award, D&B UK and Ireland Managing Director Gareth Jones stated “To have achieved this during one of the worst economic times in recent years is a fantastic accomplishment”.
Basilisk Data is a successful local IT project management, networking and installation company, with proven track records in these fields. The company specialises in communications room design and build, networking, and project and programme management. Basilisk has been one of the leading professional service providers in this area for 16 years, and prides itself on its ability to get projects finished on time and on budget by qualified, reliable staff. They also place importance in offering a personal, bespoke approach, with individual customer’s needs taken into account at all times. In addition to working for high street banks and major utility suppliers they also cater for smaller businesses and private households. They have recently become an approved supplier to Capita.
This year Basilisk decided to offer their dedicated and professional approach to a wider IT community. They now offer services such as software re-engineering, Wi-Fi surveys and Wi-Fi installations. An exciting new project for the company is remote access CCTV for land-based businesses such as kennels, livery yards and veterinary surgeries.
